IMPORTANT: 

In order for the full desktop sharing portion to function correctly your web browser must be set as follows:
   1) Disable any pop-up blockers such as those in Internet Explorer as well as those included with desktop tools or toolbars such as the Google Toolbar (or add the conference web site, http://bridge.shoretel.com, to the pop-up exception list), and
   2) Allow ActiveX controls to be downloaded from this site.  You can do this by adding this site to your Trusted Sites list.
	In Internet Explorer: 
		a) Choose the "Tools" menu and select "Internet Options …"
		b) Click on the "Security" Tab
		c) Select the "Trusted Sites" icon and click "Sites…"
		d) Enter "http://bridge.shoretel.com" and click the "Add" button
		e) Be sure that "Require server verification for sites" is UNCHECKED.

If you are unable to alter the Trusted Sites or Pop-up blocker setting please consult your network administrator prior to the conference.

Also, note that this site may not have a valid SSL certificate so don't worry about the alert message that pops up to that effect when connecting.
