run:Norstar ICS Customer Info.exe

close the customer info sceen by hitting quit

click on the browser tool icon

enter the following into connection settings:
-fastrad password
-com1
-direct
-9600 baud rate
-hit connect

let the fastrade connect

Once connected scroll to passwords+ symbol
click programming password
then enter new password
