password: ShoreTel (for older switches skip this step)

telnet ipaddress

lsp_ping "ip address"

bootChange  (this will let you edit the ip info)


FOR PHONES:

phonectl -pw 1234 -telneton 10.60.1.54

printSysInfo   (this will display all info inside the phone)
time (This will print time in hex. use this url to decode https://www.epochconverter.com/hex)
prtaudCfgValues (this will print the audio gain values)


BurnFlash 1U:

CD C:\prog*\Shore*\*ver
burnflash –s 192.168.1.xx

This will re-flash the switch with new firmware






Rom Update

•	Enter a telnet session and fully login
•	Type gotoshell
•	Enter the command “uboot_update” the switch will pause and update the rom
•	type exit
•	done
